Ahoj!!

Its an ooo its an ah, is something I used to say when I watched fireworks
for the first time as a little girl. They scared me so bad, but once I
peeked my eyes, and had my parents with me, I realized the beauty in them.
This can be applied perfectly to missionary work! Sometimes it can be a
little scary, but really once you tkae the time to try and look through
Christ’s eyes it is the most amazing experience that you will ever have!
This week was definitely many ooo’s and ahhs.

In one of our lessons with a really sweet member, who was recently less
active. We were bearing our testimonies about how we can feel comfort
through our Savior and the blessings that the gospel brings. Afterwards she
told us that when she is with us she feels safe, she feels the spirit, and
she feels like she is talking with God. That was such a loving moment for
me. We are sent here for a reason, and I stand as a representative of
Christ. It is all because of Him, and he has the greatest love for each and
everyone of us.
I kinda ruined the moment after our prayer, and broke her chair… but hey
I fixed it!

I got splashed by my first car, late at night, in the freezing cold. That
was fun. Hahah even stinkin’things like that can make me look at all the
good I am given. Just staying positive!

Elder Holland said that every door knocked and every doorbell rung in the
Czech Republic is a baptism in Chili! We were so excited;) we tried sharing
with 87:)

Oh my goodness so we had “Culture Night”which is 4 hours set aside to go
tour somewhere or really just experience the country and city. So we went
over to Třebon. It was so fun! I loved being able to really take it all in.
I live in Europe. I am serving the Czech people. They are truly amazing. I
love them to peices more and more each day. I am so lucky to be here. And I
am so blessed by my Heavenly Father, to see all the beauty through His
eyes.

I also tried tatarak. RAW MEAT! ICK!

Analogy: Golden cookies. We were making cookies for members on Sunday and I
kept on accidentally overing baking them just a tiny bit. But the Lord’s
timing is truly perfect. Because I c cooked those cookies a little longer,
we got to all the places we did in those exact moments of time. And because
we walked this way and that and through the park I saw a man. I felt drawn
to him. I wanted to talk to him. I went straight up to him and shared about
families. His name translates to Mr. Purple in English:) He is the sweetest
old man ever and he wants to meet! I LOVE how perfectly the Lord makes
everything fall into place.

Please look up 2 Nephi 7:11. It talks about kindle fire, let your light
glow, and have His hand.

I hope you all have a fab week!
