Ahoj!
So what an incredible week. It is so cool how transfers begin to wind down
and all of a sudden a lot of blessings bust out at the last minute after
all your hard work. Just a little scoop, an non believer finding faith,
trackting for hours and hours, someone recognizing our purpose, amazing
members, and so much more! God truly does work among his missionaries. I am
so grateful to be here.
I am also very thankful for the inspiration and revelation that we can
receive through God. With His help we find so many answers. My companion
and I knew exactly where to go and trackt. My mission president found that
I needed to be moved to Prague. So I will be here for the rest of my time
as I finish my mission. I am very excited for the new adventure and all
that is in store for these awesome people that I get to be among every
single day.
So this week we had a first lesson with a man that we had found on the
street a few days earlier. It was one of the best lessons ever. We taught
the restoration and shared that he could find that Joseph Smith was a
prophet. We asked him what he thought about everything and he said well
that is why you are here, so that you can teach me, so that I can learn
these things are true. It is an incredible lesson filled with the spirit as
we testified of the miracles that come through Christ’s restored true
church.
We also met with two other investigators who are both on the path to
finding who God really is. They are both praying this week to ask if God is
preparing this path for them. I am so excited to hear how it goes!
Michal has found God. It was amazing. I got lucky to meet with him one last
time before I left to Prague. It was such a powerful time, because I
realized truly how much God has blessed me. Through ALL TIMES. The hard.
The good. The bad. He is there. Because I know that I can carry his light
with me always, as he promised, when I keep my covenants. That light comes
through when his missionaries are giving the opportunity to preach and
testify. We have met with Michal for 9 weeks. From the start of the
transfer to now. At the beginning he had no faith, and last night he told
me that he does. He explained blessings that he saw this week. We helped
him identify that they were from God. That these good feelings are from the
Holy Ghost. He is just soaking it all in. He has a different glow. He is
happier. He thanked me for helping him, and we said goodbye. I am so
excited that I was able to be on the beginning of his journey back to God,
and finding that path of happiness. I know that great things are coming for
him!
That is something that each of us can think about. How much the Lrod has
blessed us.
Moroni 7:13 every good thing is of God. He truly is there. He loves us. He
will do anything for us. If we could comprehend how much He loves us I
think we would treat ourselves and lives a little different. I know that
our Savior lives, and that God sent him to help us return to Him.
What a wonderful life! I am sending warm wishes for the Thanksgiving season
