Ahoj!

So I am in Prague. It is big. It is beautiful. it is full of prepared
people. It has been really cool this week just seeing to many new faces. I
do not think that I will ever see the same person twice. It is pretty crazy
how long it takes to travel everywhere in this city, because it is so
large, but I am really starting to love it.

It really has been a pretty crazy week. We started off by welcoming the new
missionaries into the mission. It is always so fun getting to see new
missionaries come in. They have such a fire and an eagerness to work. It
was really cool because President Pohořelický asked why they all chose to
serve on a mission and each of them simply said because the gospel makes
them happy.

The gospel makes me happy. It is so amazing how much it motivates one to do
good. It makes sense though, since it is the Gospel of *Jesus Christ*. He
did good continually, so of course if we are doing what He taught, we will
do good and be happy too.

We got to share some of that happiness this week. We actually did a couple
of singing displays this week in downtown, and they all went really well.
One stood out to me a lot though. I was singing and it was just a few of us
while others were contacting and I noticed that there was a girl crouched
down on the ground behind us. I had the feeling to talk to her, but I
waited to finish the song. Some time passed and I noticed that she was
STILL there!! I had to talk to her. In the middle of the song, and i went
up and talked to her. She turned out to be one of the most happiest Czechs
that I have ever met! She was really nice and I am happy and grateful that
I followed that sweet prompting.

We had an awesome game night yesterday. Only a couple people were able to
show up, but it allowed us the opportunity to connect with them on a more
individual level. I so excited because one man who came met the
missionaries only a few weeks ago because he just walked into the building
one day and found out about our English class. And last night he was asking
all these curious questions about the Church. We were able to bear our
testimonies to him and give him a Book of Mormon. it was a really cool
experience.

I was reading in the book of Jacob yesterday and loved this powerful verse
in chapter 7:5. It talks about standing firm in your faith. This is an
opportunity that I have had every day on my mission and of which I am very
grateful for.

Thanksgiving was wonderful, we spent time with a very nice family from
America. I love the work. I love God, and I love all of you. Hope that you
have a great week!!!
